Mini-Round 3-pin SPDT ON-OFF-ON Locker switch
The mini-round 3-pin SPDTON-OFF Locker switch is designed as a single-pole, twin-thrower.
This means it has one input (the switch itself) and two outputs.
Typically used as an "on/off" function.
In this case, there are two "on" functions and one "off" function.
DP / LS / RS lockout function
Fighting games do not make much use of the analog sticks that gamepads typically have, but if the game requires these controls to function, it may be useful to have access to the analog sticks.
These modes include DP/LS/RS.
DP is the "cross key".
This is the common mode used in most arcade-style games.
When playing fighting game titles, this mode is almost always set.
LS represents the "left stick".
Some games do not use the crosshairs and must instead be controlled using the left stick.
RSor "right stick" is seldom used as a stand-alone control, but functions in the same way as the right analog stick, LS.
A 3-way Locker switch can be connected to the 4-pin male connector on the Brook PCB using the DP/LS/RS harness (sold separately).
